A detailed inspection of your property before treatment is important in providing you with the best services possible. We’ll inspect the exterior of your home first, focusing on the foundation, windows, eaves, and obvious access points.
We’ll then move indoors to check baseboards, counters, cupboards, and corners. During the inspection, we’ll offer recommendations on changes you can make to prevent pests from getting into your home.
Your first service includes treatment to both the exterior and the interior. Outside, we’ll treat around the perimeter of your home, as well as around windows, doors, and eaves. We’ll also de-web the outside of your house. Inside, we’ll treat the furniture against the walls, inside closets, drawers, and cabinets. We’ll also treat the insides of cupboards if you’ve removed the food first.
We also provide ongoing services to protect your home from pests year-round. Depending on your needs, we offer regularly scheduled 60 and 90-day follow-up visits. These visits include exterior treatments only unless an interior treatment is requested
We perform both an exterior and interior inspection before we offer treatment. This inspection allows us to identify areas that need special attention, as well as recommend ways that you can help to prevent pests from invading. After the inspection has been completed your EccoCity technician will clearly go over pricing and treatment methods.
Our single treatment service visit includes a full exterior and interior treatment. We treat your foundation, windows, doors, eaves, baseboards, drawers, closets, cabinets, and cupboards to make your home pest-free. Our one-time treatments are guaranteed, if the pests come back so do we at no cost. The treatment area and treatment methods vary from pest to pest. Many of our customers call us for specific pests that can be easily mitigated with just a single contact free treatment. We also offer our PestGuard™ (recommended) contract free general maintenance bi-monthly, bi-annual and quarterly treatments.
Our follow-up treatments are regularly scheduled on a bi-monthly, quarterly, or bi-annual basis, depending on your needs. These service visits include exterior treatments only unless otherwise requested.
